This weeks update, comments and poll results

So lets cut to the chase. This weeks update is finally online for you blogger crowd. I'm done with fish for now, it's time that the text got the treatment they deserve. What colour scheme do you think I should use? Other pointers? It's your artwork so let the comments roll..

Due to a case of the flu, assignments piling up and the lateness of last weeks update I won't be updating the Peoples Artist this week.

This doesn't mean not to leave your comments, they are still important. Just leave them in the comment section of the last weeks update. The more you participate the better chance you have of winning!!

Sorry about the tardy update

But here it is (finally) in all it's blogger glory.

I've started on the scales. The vote went that they needed pink, red, green and black scales. Not too keen on how it's come out. but tell me what you think of it. Should I give them shading rather than scales to give them more depth? Or should I keep them and do something else?

Oh no....!

Going to be a slight delay on todays update. Damned University have corrupted the only copy I have with me of the artwork. All is not lost though, two options hold the fate of the entire work up till now.

First: I get home and my laptop copy is entirely up to date, don't need to do too much work.

Second: I get home and my laptop copy isn't up to date and I slave away re-doing upto 4 weeks of updates.

This is the hiccup that was eventually meant to happen. And now it has, thankfully it hasn't been too big.

So latest the update will be online will be tomorrow morning, keep checking though just incase something happens.

As for myspace people, expect an avalanche of spam bulletins!

This Weeks Update!

So here's this weeks update, minus the weekly update on comments and poll results via myspace. This week only saw two votes in the poll, not worth the extra post. So I went ahead with the info I had. Ohwell. Better luck next week. 

Anyway I started work on the fishies. They need alot more work (such as colour for their scales) and other stuff. Let me know. I may be being a little vague on it but a full day can mess with your head.
