only constructive feedback i have is i'm not sure about the noise around the edges of the imagebut i guess thats a personal thing

Hey, it just occurred to me that when/if you give the fish colour, it would be cool if at least one of them had different coloured eyes. You know what I mean? Like David Bowie's, two eyes of different colours.

But I shall provide what feedback I am able to...I like to work with patterns myself. But having no clue what you intend to do with the foreground...Maybe some subtle patterns to reflect on what you have in the foreground.
Just experiment, go with the flow and see what happens I guess,
